How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of My Blog (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

very disappointed, i had to pay £11.00 extra for customs fees so ended up paying double price for buying. package was also very damaged.
Pretty decent quality. The glue is on the joints that are not well adjusted and you need to place them very carefully so that don't dismount but once you're on, you look great. The good thing is that the parts are interchangeable between Ram and Rem. The shipment has arrived in about two weeks and perfectly protected.
Box was bent overall pieces were good!

A good doll, there are interchangeable faces. The child really liked it.
For a copy is very good. Very nice, nothing is broken, but there is one but. I specifically ordered a figure with a box, so that it will not suffer. But the box came separately, and still crumpled. In general, I advise, but I think it's better to order without a box (do not pay attention to Angie)

Really happy with the product quality. From close up it has descent detail for the price, the materials fell premium and has a nice felling to the hand. It was delivered really fast it took about 2 weeks (and that is fast when when have an global epidemic).
Super cute when I first got her and opened her up she had a weird smell I kinda expected it since it’s a bootleg and hair color was off and the paint job was off a little too but it wasn’t bad for the price I got her I would recommend if you don’t want to pay for the real deal

Фигурка мне не очень понравилась. Цвет ног отличается от цвета лица и прокрашено не очень хорошо. Сама подставка не очень. легко отсоединяется. А в остальном всё хорошо.

Paint bumpy and uneven with smudges especially noticeable in the eyes , and several parts didn't fit together properly. But for the price it was an alright buy. Looks good as long as you don't look to close

It was all right as the store indicated. But there's a detail that bothered me quite a bit, the box was folded behind the plastic where the Nendroids come from and now it's all wrinkled and shaped besides the corners were peeled. The rest was fine, it's obvious that being a fake Nendoroid you see quality is more bad and all but it's acceptable for the price. I'm the only thing that if it's hit me A little bit was the difference in hair color on that the original is darker and that of this product is much clearer and worse painted. He arrived in just 8 days 10/10. Otherwise, very satisfied. I recommend!
